For commercial work we usually price per square metre once we have the drawings or a site walk. It keeps things clean for the QS.

Can you work weekends and nights?

Yes. Office refurbs and retail units often need out-of-hours work and we plan around it.

Will you snag the work?

Yes. We snag every commercial job before sign-off and come back if anything moves on second-fix.

Do you have insurance and references?

Full public liability and references from main contractors and developers we work with regularly. Happy to send these over.
